1. About our service
Launch Safe is a cloud-based compliance management platform for property portfolios. It helps teams record inspections, track actions, store documentation and generate reports. It does not replace qualified professional judgment, statutory sign-off or legal advice. Users remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Account eligibility and access
Accounts are created by the Launch Safe team on request. Only authorised users from the organisation that signed up may access the platform. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use and AI-generated content
You agree to use Launch Safe only for lawful compliance and property-management purposes. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to breach security controls, or use the platform to store or share illegal content. Any content generated by AI features within Launch Safe — including drafted reports, summaries, risk scores, action suggestions and evidence assessments — is provided as a suggestion only. All AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by a competent person before being relied upon, shared externally, or used to support any regulatory, statutory or safety-critical decision. Launch Safe accepts no liability for outcomes arising from unreviewed AI outputs.
4. Data ownership and storage
You retain ownership of the data, documents and images you upload. We store your data securely in our cloud infrastructure and take reasonable measures to protect it from loss or unauthorised access. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep Launch Safe available at all times, but occasional maintenance, updates or factors outside our control may cause brief interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and recommend maintaining local backups of critical documents.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Pricing is agreed per organisation based on building count, user seats and storage needs. Invoices are issued in advance for the agreed billing period. Cancellation must be requested in writing before the next billing cycle.
7. Limitation of liability
Launch Safe is provided as a tool to assist compliance workflows. We are not liable for any regulatory penalty, safety incident or financial loss arising from decisions made based on data stored in or outputs generated by the platform. Professional review and statutory sign-off remain your responsibility.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. We will notify active users of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of Launch Safe shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
